Wise move..They know they don't have the support right now, but can build on it in the next year and form  the next government.

  In fairness this budget was not as bad as some and for the grits they got a concession they wanted, still for the NDP the time is now, the tories are going whenever an election is called so the libs have nothing to gain so might as well wait.
