While Harper was PM with a minority government, h treated his Ministers rather harshly (I remember 2 female Ministers in particular.)   Now that he has a majority government he seems no so inclined.

I do sense a Cabinet shuffle - but thought it would come in July or August -  now I think it may coe in May or June.

Oda, MacKay, Toews (sp) -  I would assume these ones would be on the demotion and/or eject list.
