We are NOT well served by the Heritage Trust of Nova Scotia .
Given all the attention and money that is lavished on downtown Halifax, we should be maximizing our revenue potential. Revenue from this source could provide the amenities we are all seeking - stadium, hockey rinks, community centers etc.
Anyone living off the peninsula must be pissed - even some who live on the peninsula are pissed. Look at the jobs that are being delayed and the extra tax revenue from an improved building all because it protrudes a meter into a view plane about 2 kilometers from the Citadel!
We are all saying change is needed - vertical development!
