Zucchini. Delicious cut into chips, breaded with a little parmesan, and baked in the oven.

This is a good time to plant garlic.  Plant each clove about the depth of a thumb around 4"apart.  Cover with a thick mulch of hardwood leaves.  Nice thing about growing garlic is that it does not require much room.  It can be planted amongst shrubs or flowers in a small bed.  Look forward to harvesting it mid July of next year.
