You can call me an 'anti-conservative'. Thank you.

And uhm, ok. Harperscrew are obviously above smear and inuendo? Hahaha.

I can't prove harper didn't approve pating off duff's bill any more than you can prove the oppsite. But he agreed to go easy on him. Why was that...?

Well, imho, Dullblade is on the payroll of the federal Liberal party with the sole purpose of drawing attention away from the Liberal scandals and corruption and he's acting on explicit instructions from le Dauphin who is under orders from his handlers to remain quiet.

Well, you are entitled to your opinion, just like everyone else here. Speaking of blades, they are like opinions; obviously, some are sharper than others.

Wow, what's this?  Liberal night on NSL.  Too bad we can't get your leader to be as vocal.   sad
Where has he been throughout this episode?  Out cashing in on paid appearances so he and Sophie don't have to go on welfare?   Embarrassed

Ok I doubt there is anyone on this site that has ever done anything near what I have doe to uncover scamsters like duffy.  Well mine normally were not politically related.

Anyway Duffy bad.  So some rich guy cuts him a personal cheque to get him out of a pickle.  This is a loan between two friends.  Is this not being overblown?  I assume that for him to resign that some code oF ethics was violated because otherwise I don't get it.

Well, you can't give politicians large sums of money. It violates rules. Imagine giving $90,000 to a judge. A cop. A prime minister....  They are usually bribes, and need to be controlled.

And why would nigel give an associate money anyway? So the the audit would go away...  They told duff to pay back the money and stop cooperating.

And thank you home in halifax. You saved me from explaining the same thing to GM. Or calling him an idiot, which just lowers the level of debate. Sadly, if he brings me to that level, he will just beat me with experience. I am glad that someone understands the difference between being true, and being provable in the court of law....

Just incredible.  What influence does the CoS to the PM have over a senator from his own party by giving him $90,000.  Influence, ya know, that he doesn't already have?   Good one.   Laugh Laugh Laugh

So you don't have proof, eh?  Well, Einstein, that's what's called smear and innuendo.  You Liberals are good at that, no question.

If Harper chooses to fire people, it’s because he is throwing people under the bus, if he chooses not to fire someone it’s because Harper deserves “a time-out” as some other clown posted. I also find out funny that the behaviour of Senators is being blamed on Harper – as if any of the partisans would support a Triple-E Senate to clean the garbage out…Carry on children...

If harper resigned, he wouldn't need to push anyone into traffic. But he has not interest in taking responsibility. So yea, i think the electorate should send him a message.

And triple -e isn't my choice of senate. We elect mps, i'm ok with that. PMs can choose their senators, but should have 'some' responsibility for their poor choices. If you surround yourself with fools, you will be thought a fool.

And (imho) nigel didn't decide to give money to duffy. He advanced duff the money knowing harper would pay him back. And it was harpers plan, or he knew the details.

You sure of that?  Cause the national Liberal media can't even prove that, as much as they want to.   Do you have some inside connection in Ottawa you're not telling us about?  Or are you just blowing smoke out your ass like you usually do.

I'm not sure what imho means to you, but to most of us it means: in my humble opinion.  Nothing to prove.  But I like how your defense is to Fireblade's opinion is to imply that if you can't prove it, it can't be true.  (weird defense, imho).  And maybe you can blow smoke out of your ass (nice trick, btw) but don't assume that others can do it (or want to) too.

Oh, is that how it works?  Well, imho, Dullblade is on the payroll of the federal Liberal party with the sole purpose of drawing attention away from the Liberal scandals and corruption and he's acting on explicit instructions from le Dauphin who is under orders from his handlers to remain quiet.   Kiss   Roll Eyes

I believe that the race card gets played, but that was pretty bad from what i saw in the video. Perhaps these guys have a history, or the clubs have been having racial fights inside ... But they definitely seemed to be profiled.

A lawsuit would probably open up a lot of doors, and give these guys some drinking money....

This is terrible.  I felt angry and disheartened watching this.  And Wally, I am sorry, but I don't see how you can mitigate what was shown with a yeah, but response.
